Raajat while working with one of India's biggest cab aggregators, realized that B2B vertical is still unserved having unmet needs to be addressed through a separate and a dedicated platform altogether. Ola being a hail riding major has a focus on B2C rides on best effort basis, which is one of the most recognized models in current times. But soon Raajat realized the importance of B2B need-based premium cab riding product with a differentiated set of personalized service offerings.
Raajat brainstormed and ignited this opportunity along with Abhinav to co-found the ARCIOT Mobility Private Limited. ARC Cabs, India’s first Premium Cab Service was born 18 months back with an objective to serve the B2B segment by its unique hassle-free, customized, transparent and technology led pre-booked cab riding offering. Abhinav with his operational expertise implemented the business model on-ground in Chandigarh by doing a successful Proof-of-Concept (POC) and then delivering ARCs first safe and comfortable ride to its customers such as M/s Competent Synergy Pvt. Ltd. being the first amongst many.
ARC services offered are transparent, based on robust technological background, integrated with best in class operations using various hardware and software system. At ARC Cabs we have been using the advanced .net technologies which are highly secure with multi-server architecture. The system is modular and highly scalable where we can operate as per city, vertical or account. The drivers have a dedicated mobile application wherein both the customer and passenger can book and track the ride and its movement on real-time basis.
